I have over 20 years of leadership experience launching new and innovative diagnostic and software products that have accelerated the adoption of precision medicine. Over this time I’ve gained a deep understanding of the genetic and genomic needs of cancer patients and how the healthcare system workflow can either hinder or help them gain access to these valuable insights that could save or extend lives. I’ve used my experience to create new products and strategies to solve challenges associated with patient access to precision medicine. I earned a Certificate of Specialization in Business Strategy from Harvard Business School Online by researching the immense potential of genetics to transform healthcare. My work focused on how genetics can improve treatment outcomes, enable early disease detection and cures, eliminate chronic diseases, and prevent illnesses for future generations. I’m also an IFC-certified leadership and executive coach, helping companies in the precision medicine space drive adoption of innovative products and services faster, while advancing health equity across the healthcare system.
