Cancer Patient Lab is a nonprofit initiative to empower cancer patients by providing an open platform for ongoing education and collaboration. The Cancer Patient Lab also supports startups offering novel solutions in the field. 

They discuss that innovation in precision medicine and diagnostics, such as off-label drug use, is slow in the healthcare industry, and patients can drive change by demanding access to cutting-edge treatments. They believe its necessary to disrupt the traditional healthcare system by enabling patients to actively participate in their care decisions, fostering better outcomes.
